welcome to the Zone.
I am learning HTML because I am tired of the internet being the way it is. All the social media is scary to me but I want a directory of and home for my work that I can lead people to so I don't have to perform like a drug monkey or get involved in the latest trends or do things I don't understand.
I know this makes me seem very bitter and stubborn and may come across as a refusal to get with the way things are now and in a sense I do get that, but in order to protect my wellbeing I need a place that is mine and not some jumped-up stimulation site that only serves to make me feel unhappy, isolated and not good enough.
